Milford, OH – Proforma Albrecht & Co. is excited to announce the acquisition of Professional Image, a Cincinnati, Ohio-based promotional products distributor. For more than 20 years, Professional Image has specialized in apparel, uniforms, embroidery and fulfilment for some of the largest companies in Cincinnati. 

“Professional Image has a sterling reputation of providing top quality products and services,” said Fred Albrecht, co-owner of Proforma Albrecht & Co., Proforma’s largest member owner with more than $34 million in annual sales. “Professional Image’s experienced team, notable clients and added service offerings increase our overall company IQ. This is great growth for our company as we continue toward our goal of achieving $50 million in sales.”

Eight Professional Image employees, including Vice President of Sales Todd Gigax and Senior Account Executives Andrea Mosley and Alex Rogan, will join Proforma Albrecht & Co. The production team at Professional Image brings more than 20 years of embroidery and fulfillment experience to Proforma Albrecht & Co.

Proforma Albrecht & Co. will acquire Professional Image’s warehouse and production facility located in Sharonville, Ohio, bringing the company’s warehousing capacity to 36,000 square feet. The additional production facility will house state-of-the-art Tajima embroidery equipment. Proforma Albrecht & Co. also hired a new embroidery manager and customer service representative to help support the company’s recent growth.
