swissQprint is a Swiss developer and manufacturer of high-end large format printers. Their US subsidiary is presenting the latest solutions at the SGIA Show in New Orleans: The Nyala LED flatbed printer along with Rob, the award-winning loading and unloading robot.

Sophisticated flatbed printer
Nyala LED delivers a maximum output of 2217 sqft/h. It features a 126×79.9” flatbed with various optional add-ons. It even converts to a roll to roll printer. swissQprint has redesigned its mechanical basis for highest precision. Thanks to LED curing the range of possible substrates is extended and operation is hassle free. Energy consumption is 50 % lower than with conventional systems, and the lamp system is maintenance free. In other words, not only is Nyala LED highly economical but also environmentally-friendly.

Efficient loading/unloading robot
Rob is the solution for unattended printing. This robot handles extra shifts and takes over repetitive work. The user gains time for other tasks and has fewer hours to work. Despite greater utilization of the printer and optimized delivery times, the work-life balance of personnel stays on the level. Higher output also has a positive impact on financial results.

Live demonstrations
Nyala LED and Rob will be working at the SGIA show in order to demonstrate their abilities. The European audience has already been convinced: The Nyala model has been Europe’s best selling flatbed printer in its class for two subsequent years.
