Colleyville, TX - Madison Advisors today announced that David Erwin has joined the company in the position of Director, Technology Practice and principal analyst. Erwin brings to Madison Advisors more than 20 years of experience in product and service development, marketing, sales, integration and support. Erwin will be responsible for expanding Madison Advisors’ continuous advisory services, including developing customer strategy and consulting sessions as well as managing customer events and industry conferences for the technology segment. 

Most recently, Erwin served as vice president of strategy and operations with Racami in Atlanta, GA, where he was responsible for marketing, sales, service and support operations for the company’s enterprise business management, customer experience and workflow automation software. Prior to that, Erwin was the senior vice president of marketing and product development at NCP Solutions in Birmingham, AL.  There, he focused on research, development, integration and delivery of the company’s multichannel customer communication management and delivery services portfolio.
