Lanham, MD - Corporate Press, Inc. of Lanham, Maryland is pleased to announce that it has entered into an agreement to acquire certain assets of McArdle Printing of Upper Marlboro, Maryland.  

“We expect the transaction to close on September 30^th, after which Corporate Press and its subsidiary, ColorCraft, will consolidate their Maryland and Virginia operations into McArdle’s existing facility,” said Michael Marcian, President of Corporate Press. “This acquisition highlights Corporate Press’ strategic vision to significantly expand our market footprint and deliver additional value to our customers through the scale and synergy of the three organizations.”
