Y Soft Expands with Establishment of Y Soft China Ltd.

Partnership with Aurora Office Automation expected to leverage growth opportunities

Brno, Czech Republic and Shanghai, China – Y Soft Corporation, a leading enterprise office solution provider, today announced the establishment of Y Soft China Ltd., a subsidiary of Y Soft, to expand its business in the world’s second largest market. The company also announced a formal partnership with Aurora Office Automation.

 The new subsidiary is located in the Shanghai District Technology Development Center and will be under the management of Y Soft’s Milan Fujita as CEO, Y Soft China Ltd. Mr. Fujita and a local Y Soft team plan to contribute to Y Soft’s strategy of growing its business significantly in the APAC region. With this new office, Y Soft is better positioned for additional business in the local Chinese market with a staff that can serve customers in their local language.

To further business in China, Y Soft has formed a partnership with Aurora Office Automation, a leader in office automation solutions, to provide customers in the region the YSoft SafeQ® enterprise workflow platform as an embedded solution in multifunction devices such as those manufactured by Konica Minolta. As a certified partner, Aurora can provide sales and technical consultative services for YSoft SafeQ’s print management and document capture services.

With Aurora as its primary partner in China, Y Soft China Ltd. will leverage Aurora’s market reach and brand recognition.
