Success Continues as More Chinese Printers Rely on ExcelCoat’s Throughput and Reliability 

BEIJING, CHINA – Harris & Bruno International announces they will demonstrate an ExcelCoat ZR30 offline coater for UV and AQ coatings at China Print May 9–13. 

On display will be ExcelCoat’s chamber/anilox metering system that excels at applying UV, AQ, primer, soft touch, matte, and other high-end particulate coatings. An optional Corona Treatment Unit helps primers and coatings adhere to synthetics, metals, and other substrates or inks traditionally difficult for adhesion. The ability to save 50 jobs delivers easy repeatability and minimal downtime.

“We have many fully loaded, automatic ExcelCoats installed into the region,” said Ya-Ping Zhou, H&B Greater China Operations Director. “These customers have been able to take on new AQ soft touch applications, increase production capacity, and reduce operational costs. ExcelCoats have also enabled these customers to pre-treat all digital stock and enhance digital printing quality.” 

As one of HP’s preferred partners, the ExcelCoat offline coater will be on demonstration in HP’s pavilion, Booth E1-001.
