Anapurna line offers ideal configurations for wide-format success
Elmwood Park, NJ – Agfa Graphics portfolio of versatile LED inkjet printing systems will be represented at ISA’s Sign Expo 2017, demonstrating the endless possibilities of UV inkjet technology. Both flatbed and hybrid UV-LED inkjet Anapurna printing systems will be at the Agfa Graphics booth (#1350) during Sign Expo, being held April 20-22, 2017, at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center in Las Vegas, Nevada.
The Anapurna FB2540i LED is a high-speed (1034 ft²/h; 96 m²/h) UV-curable inkjet system on a moving gantry flatbed. At 100 inches wide (2.54 meters) it is ideal for both step-and-repeat work and for printing multiple jobs on differently-sized rigid media. This popular flatbed offers multilayer printing with six colors plus white (pre-, post and sandwich white).
The Anapurna H3200i LED is a six color plus white system that prints rigid or roll media at a width up to 126 inches (3.2 meters). It offers high quality and high productivity (up to 1,388 ft²/h; 129 m²/h) on any outdoor or indoor wide-format job. The Anapurna H3200i LED is ideal for sign shops, digital printers, photo labs and mid-size graphic screen printers. White ink adds the capability to print on transparent material for backlit applications or as a spot color.
The LED printing systems feature air-cooled UV LED lights that save energy, costs and time. LED’s minimal energy output make them ideal for thin, heat-sensitive materials. Downtime is minimized as the LED lamps can be switched on and off instantaneously.
“The Anapurna line is ideal for the entry to mid-range market PSP looking for high image quality at the lowest cost of ownership. Our systems are well-known for their solid architecture, extended uptime and lowest ink consumption,” said Deborah Hutcheson, Director of Marketing, Agfa Graphics North America. “Our customers spend less time babysitting their equipment, which streamlines operations and equates to more profitability.”
