Family Business Owners Open New FastSigns Location in Leesburg

Press release from the issuing company

LEESBURG, Va. - FASTSIGNS of Leesburg, a new sign and visual graphics company, is open for business and will host its grand opening celebration and ribbon cutting May 9.

Northern Virginia native Michelle Messich opened the FASTSIGNS franchise location earlier this year along with her step-father Gene Clement, nephew Dan Mathews and son Josh Messich.

“We’re excited to join the local business scene and provide customers a one-stop-shop for all of their signs, graphics and visual marketing needs,” Michelle Messich said.

Messich spent 23 years as a registered nurse. She then owned and operated her own fitness franchise for 10 years. When her brother opened a FASTSIGNS location in Rochester, Minnesota, she spent time shadowing his business and decided to open her own FASTSIGNS center in Leesburg.

“I was very impressed with the FASTSIGNS business model and the tremendous training and support available,” Messich explained. “With my background in business management, customer service and franchising, it was the perfect opportunity to bring FASTSIGNS to Loudoun County. While we have the support and resources of a national brand, we are still a local, family-owned business dedicated to helping those in our community succeed.”

On Tuesday, May 9 beginning at 4 p.m., FASTSIGNS of Leesburg will host a ribbon cutting ceremony and open house reception. CEO of FASTSIGNS International, Inc. Catherine Monson, who also appeared on the two-time Emmy Award-nominated reality series, Undercover Boss, will be in attendance. The event is open to the public; to RSVP, contact 571.510.0400 or [email protected].

FASTSIGNS of Leesburg is located at 934 Edwards Ferry Road NE and is open Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
