Press release from the issuing company
The Fusion C saves space and cost with a smaller footprint and fewer parts
GREEN BAY, Wis. - Paper Converting Machine Company (PCMC), part of Barry-Wehmiller, is pleased to announce that Legacy Flexo, a leading flexographic printer located in Green Bay, has successfully installed a Fusion C flexographic press.
“Our new Fusion C press complements our other presses and will allow us to run mid-web jobs more efficiently than we previously could on our larger presses,” commented Mark Carrick, cofounder of Legacy Flexo. “We believe it will make an immediate impact in improving our efficiency.”
The Fusion C is loaded with fast make-ready and waste-saving features, and has a smaller footprint and fewer parts—saving space and cost. Its accessibility and ease of use make the Fusion C a unique offering in the market.
The Fusion C press is the first brand new press Legacy Flexo has purchased. The company has two used PCMC presses currently in operation at its facility.
“Our previous PCMC presses have always been reliable and are high-quality machines,” said Carrick. “We’re excited to add a new press to our operations.”
A worldwide leader in the design and manufacture of inline and CI presses, PCMC also offers customers a commitment to quality and a dedication to service.
“We’re thrilled that our Fusion C press will help Legacy Flexo expand its printing capabilities,” said Jason Beauleau, Sales Engineer at PCMC. “We’re honored to be a part of a fellow local company growing its business.”
