Michael Grady and Marissa Pinkowski Join Idealliance Young Professionals Group Board of Directors

Alexandria, VA - Idealliance, the communications industry association representing all facets of the global omnichannel media value chain, has announced that Michael Grady, Global Commercial Integration Manager, sgsco, and Marissa Pinkowski, Account Representative, EDWARDS, have joined the Idealliance Board of Directors as ex-officio representatives of its Young Professionals Group.

The Idealliance Young Professionals Group is made up of Idealliance members and students ages 35 and under. Its purpose is to foster the next generation of industry employees and leaders by delivering relevant educational content, professional development, mentorship, collaboration to nurture growth both personally and professionally, and to help its members shape the future of our industry.

Grady, as Global Commercial Integration Manager, sgsco, is focused on building integrated marketing and branding solutions for global CPG, retail, life science, and printer clients. As a Board member and Co-Chair of the Young Professionals Group, he seeks to empower young professionals, provide them with opportunities to learn, find direction, and gain confidence so they can make a difference for themselves, their company, and the industry.

Marissa Pinkowski began her career at EDWARDS six years ago as a Customer Service Representative and now serves as an Account Representative, where she focuses on finding solutions for her customers to help enhance their message to go beyond print and mail. Co-Chair of the Young Professionals Group, Pinkowski commented, “As I look back on my experiences, I believe in the importance of recruiting and retaining young professionals in our industry as it continues to change. I strongly believe having representatives of the Young Professionals Group on the Board of Directors will bring a fresh perspective on the millennial workforce that has been transitioning into prominent roles within our industry.”

Young professionals employed by Idealliance member companies, as well as students and those unaffiliated with Idealliance membership, have access to the Young Professionals Group’s internet community, a hub for webinars, articles, tips, conversation, and information relevant to Young Professionals seeking news, networking, and opportunities in our industry.
