Newcastle upon Tyne, United Kingdom - UK software developer, Taopix, has announced the upcoming release of its new online 3D Designer feature.

Taopix licensees will be able to offer a wide range of personalised photo merchandise through the new 3D platform including mugs, phone cases, canvases and soft furnishings.

The photo-realistic experience, available across all devices, is intended to give consumers an enjoyable, interactive way of designing their 3D product by adding text and images and being able to immediately see the finished result by rotating the product on screen.

Taopix plans to include the 3D Designer in the first release of 2017, which is due in the first quarter.  A comprehensive library of customisable 3D models and product templates will also be made available.
