Redtie Releases its Lowest Priced Entry Point for Web To Print

Press release from the issuing company

Westbury, NY - RedTie, a premier Web to Print software provider for online sales, announced today that it had launched a new way for companies to license its software in the USA.

Web to Print software is typically licensed from the developer and involves either paying a significant upfront or an ongoing monthly fee and often both. Through its Web to Print Pay as you Go brand (w2ppayg.com) RedTie has done away with both of these and replaced it with a system of just paying for what you use, when you use it. There is no contract either, all customers have to do once they have signed up is keep a positive account balance and log in at least once every 90 days.

Ellen Hurwitch, Vice President, Director of Operations for RedTie in the USA, says “Companies can now sign up to our fully featured Web to Print offering, RedTie Template, for as little as $150. That is the total of their commitment and it is only consumed as orders are processed through the system”.

RedTie have identified that not only is this a great solution for smaller print houses and marketing agencies, it offers everyone the chance to learn the software, without ongoing costs.

Ellen goes on to say “We come across so many cases where printers want to put some of their business online, in fact most know that they need to do it, but they can’t justify the traditional fees associated with Web to Print until they have at least one customer on board. The problem is that it is very difficult to sell what they do not have experience in, so it becomes a real catch 22. This new way to sign up to our software negates that issue”.

RedTie point out that it is not for everyone. Transactional fees are more expensive than their pay monthly contracts, so customers with higher volumes would be better off with one of those options. It is only available as a single store front solution but it does carry the rest of the features of the pay monthly products. Also RedTie will contact customers where it would be cheaper for them to be on another of their packages and the upgrade process is completely pain free with no break in service.

Ellen concludes “RedTie wants everyone in the print and marketing industries to be able to grow their online business revenues and we are constantly trying to make this possible for the widest range of companies. Just think for only $150 you could add Web to Print as a service you offer”.
