AVT Names Yariv Avisar as Chairman of Its Board of Directors

Hod-Hasharon, Israel – AVT, the world leader in print inspection, print process control and quality assurance, has announced the appointment of Yariv Avisar as Chairman of the company’s board of directors. Mr. Avisar replaces Mr. Dani Falk, who resigned from the AVT board last month for personal reasons. 

Mr. Avisar brings more than 16 years of global business management, including extensive experience building versatile, effective executive teams, spearheading organization-wide scale-up efforts, and overseeing international business growth initiatives via strategic planning.  In addition to AVT, Mr. Avisar also serves as Board Chairman for GlucoMe, a provider of diabetes management solutions; an active Director at Human Eyes (Vuze Camera- 360° 3D) and a Director in Unitronics (traded in Euronext Stock Exchange, and since 2004 also in the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange) , which develops technological solutions for automatic parking and logistics automation 

Mr. Avisar's career also includes successful leadership, go-to-market and corporate roles such as Vice President and GM of Hewlett Packard’s Scitex division, as well as CEO of SCR, which was acquired by Allflex in 2015.  Mr. Avisar holds a B.A. in Business Administration and International Marketing from Tel Aviv Business Management College.
