Press release from the issuing company
Swavesey, Cambridgeshire, UK – Highly specialised staff from Industrial Inkjet Ltd, the fast-expanding world leader in industrial inkjet bespoke systems, will be offering more efficient ways of manufacturing at the InPrint Show in Milan, Italy, from 15-17 November.
The company, known as IIJ, will be part of the Konica Minolta Stand E47. Its staff will be offering expertise and guidance throughout the three days, working alongside industrial inkjet partners from Konica Minolta’s Tokyo headquarters.
Current market segments in which IIJ is helping customers include direct-to-product printing, packaging, security printing and high-speed food packaging.
IIJ founder and Managing Director John Corrall will also be providing insights into ‘Digital Wallpaper’ inkjet applications as a keynote speaker in the Showcase Theatre at InPrint on 16 November from noon to 12.30.
Mr Corrall said: “Inkjet is expanding rapidly into new markets and applications, and each of these brings their own new requirements. Applications for inkjet printing have continued to grow at a furious rate since the last InPrint Show a year ago. New markets and applications have opened up, new printheads have been announced and new inks have appeared.
“Not every inkjet supplier has the technical ability to investigate new applications. IIJ is an exception. We have a Print Sample lab that can carry out experiments for our customers, proving quickly and effectively whether a new application is possible or not. What Konica Minolta and IIJ offer is an open-minded attitude to new projects, and a willingness to give straight technical advice – without sales pressure. We have a reputation for straight-talking and will explain what the problems will be – not just the benefits.”
Mr Corrall added: “Visitors come to InPrint to find solutions to their production problems. They are looking for new efficient ways of manufacturing – and inkjet is on everybody’s list. IIJ should be top of every showgoer’s ‘to visit’ list at InPrint. See you there!”
