Quad/Graphics Virtual Reality (VR) Viewers Bring Branded Experience to Life at “VR on the Lot” Event

SUSSEX, Wis. - Quad/Graphics, a leading global provider of print and marketing services, is pleased to provide Virtual Reality (VR) Viewers for use at the VR Society’s “VR On The Lot” event, held October 13 and October 14, 2016, at Paramount Studios in Los Angeles.

Quad’s VR Viewers will be available to event attendees so they can experience the full impact of the newly introduced LIFE VR app, which brings to life, off the page, the content of 25 brands including TIME, People, Sports Illustrated and InStyle. The VR Viewers are custom-designed to reflect Time Inc.’s branding.

Quad’s VR Viewers eliminate the barrier to access for consumers to engage virtual reality apps by providing a device to help consumers fully enjoy the app experience without having to purchase their own personal virtual reality viewing gear. Quad’s VR Viewers create a console to hold that makes the virtual reality app experience more engaging and convenient for users, and are more cost-effective than competitors’ virtual reality tools. Additionally, the VR Viewers can be enhanced with a custom graphic design to create a branded experience. To make the VR Viewers readily available right where a consumer will use the app, the Viewers can be delivered in-home via direct mail, catalog and magazine, as well as distributed in-store.
