GMC Software Technology (GMC), the award-winning leader in Customer Communications Management (CCM), announced today the conclusion of its successfulannual GMC Inspire Days Americas user conference held October 4-7 on Marco Island, FL. The conference theme “Shaping the Future of CCM” encouraged attendees to look ahead to the future of the industry, technology and the trends driving both.
Attendance of the event was up 32 percent over last year with 226 registrants from 70 companies, coming from more than 10 countries and a variety of industries. The event featured 24 speakers, including GMC Software executive and technical team members, presenting on a wide range of topics relevant to the evolving CCM landscape. Additionally, GMC users were given an inside look at real-world GMC Inspire applications from Abe Karar, director, Everyday Banking & Cards Process at BMO Bank of Montreal, who shared how his organization approached the business case for digitization and eForms/eSignature capabilities.
