GAA served as the exclusive advisor to RedShark on the transaction. The RedShark Group, headquartered in Danville, CA was originally spun-off from FatBrain.com, a subsidiary of Barnes & Noble that specialized in professional and technical titles for the corporate marketplace. Services include worldwide fulfillment and distribution of printed material, marketing campaign management, custom web-to-print e-commerce solutions, integrated fulfillment solutions and comprehensive print capabilities. The RedShark Group has been servicing a broad range of industries for over 15 years, including, consulting, financial, government and technology organizations.
