Combined Locks, Wis. – Appleton Coated is now offering its 130 and 150 lb heavyweight Utopia Premium Silk covers as domestically-made products.

Ann Whalen, Appleton Coated’s senior vice president marketing and customer services, explains, “We have been making all basis weights and finishes of Premium – except the 130 and 150 lb – at our mill since 2009. The ability to offer Utopia Premium Silk 130 and 150 cover completes our transition away from imported products. Our entire paper portfolio, both coated and uncoated, is now made in the USA at our mill in Combined Locks, Wisconsin.”
