DreamLabo 5000 Ventures into School Portrait Market with School Craft Studios Installation

MELVILLE, N.Y. – Canon U.S.A., Inc., a leader in digital imaging solutions, is proud to announce that School Craft Studios of Sparta, New Jersey has acquired a Canon DreamLabo 5000 production inkjet device to help supply their customers with high-quality school portraits and prints. Canon’s first ever inkjet production photo printer, the DreamLabo 5000 provides users with high image resolution, enhanced color range, high-speed capability and continuous operation, helping meet market demands without sacrificing quality. School Craft Studios’ acquisition of the device marks the first placement of the DreamLabo 5000 in the school portrait industry.

The Canon DreamLabo 5000’s ability to recreate accurate and vibrant colors at 2400 dpi, providing fast turnaround, increased productivity and professional quality output at approximately 1,000 A4 pages an hour. The DreamLabo 5000’s integration of FINE (Full-photolithography Inkjet Nozzle Engineering) print-head technology provides outstanding photo and text quality. Featuring automatic double-sided printing, the DreamLabo 5000 lends itself to printing photo albums, yearbooks and on-demand two-sided documents.
