Press release from the issuing company
San Leandro, CA – INX Digital (booth 1414) will showcase the most versatile direct-to-object inkjet printing system, plus market proven and popular TRIANGLE® inkjet inks and more at the SGIA Expo. It’s all part of a digital assortment of solutions for industrial print applications at the increasingly popular event - which INX is serving as a Gold sponsor for the ninth consecutive year - and will be held September 14-16 at the Las Vegas Convention Center.
The impressive JetINX™ Printhead Drive and Ink Recirculation system delivers the firepower and serves as the catalyst for two key performing products that will be exhibited: the CP100 UV digital cylindrical printer and the InkCups Helix rotary inkjet printer. The CP100 prints on 2-piece cans, bottles or other cylindrical objects, and allows designers and brand owners to quickly print and test design concepts in-house. The Helix printer produces superior quality single or multi-color images at exceptional speeds.
“Our CP100 printer is really an ideal piece of equipment for SGIA visitors, and the InkCups Helix will attract a lot of attention at the show,” remarked Jim Lambert, Vice President and General Manager of INX International Ink Co. “The CP100 allows printers to do the unconventional and think out-of-the box. They’ll see the opportunities when we demonstrate it in the booth. The Helix is lightning fast and can complete printing on a cup in only a few seconds. It relies on our patent-pending software and is the perfect device for the drinkware, cosmetic and industrial printing industries.”
A heavy duty, state-of-the-art industrial printer, the Helix printer is designed for short-run and high-volume production. It minimizes part set-up time with a single, advanced quick-change tooling fixture designed for both cylinder or tapered parts. The all-digital process eliminates the need for pre-press or screen making.
OEMs and end users will find a slew of options with custom digital ink applications. INX will have ink experts on hand to discuss digital integration and Color Perfection™ services, and they will provide advice on nearly any aspect of inkjet printing including chemistry, production workflows and material handling. Booth visitors can learn more about the widest variety of ink types and unique formulations and what’s new for graphics, signage, textile, industrial and packaging applications. Among this group are Aqueous-based, UV Curable, Solvent and Hybrid inks, plus Coatings and Primers.
TRIANGLE DT7 and RXV inks will be on demonstrated on industry-leading printers in the booth. These inks offer high performance and many other benefits, and have established solid reputations in the wide format marketplace.
Reliability is a hallmark of the TRIANGLE DT7 aqueous water-based textile inks. To be demonstrated on Mutoh series printers, these affordable inks are designed for direct-to-textile printing on polyester, nylon or mixed synthetic fabrics that are used in sportswear and outwear and contain a minimum of 60% polyester. DT7 is the perfect choice for banners and flags using the same material. Fast drying and ATX-free, they provide a brilliant color gamut, and excellent transfer capabilities and outdoor durability.
TRIANGLE RXV eco-solvent wide format inks will be demonstrated on Roland series printers, including the Roland VersaEXPRESS™ RF 640. Color and chemically compatible with Eco-Sol MAX 2 OEM inks, these fast drying and low odor inks have a neutral balanced grey-scale equal to OEM ECO inks.
