Sunrise, Florida, USA - D.P.R. Labeling LLC is pleased to announce they will be exhibiting in booth #6614 at Labelexpo Americas, taking place in Chicago from September 13-15th, 2016. Products being highlighted at the show will be the Zodiac series of label finishing equipment – the Gemini, Taurus and Scorpio.

Being featured will be the recently released Gemini, a digital die cutter for sheet labels. This innovative desktop-style cutter is capable of handling various types of material with different thicknesses, and sheet sizes A4, A3, Letter, Tabloid and Tabloid Extra format. Capable of cutting any shape with precision, the Gemini is the ideal die-cutting solution for cut sheet pressure sensitive stickers, decals, and labels.

Second to be featured will be the Taurus, a digital label cutter that uses a laser to convert printed rolls into labels at incredible speeds. Fitting rolls up to 8.86” (225mm) wide, the Taurus finishing unit laminates, removes the waste matrix, slits and rewinds pre-printed labels into applicator-ready rolls. Powered by a Galvo scanner CO2 100W air-cooled laser source, the Taurus provides cut on fly and start & stop cutting mode up to 20m/minute* (65 feet) to create labels for every application. *speed varies depending on the media used and complexity of cutting jobs.

Rounding out the product series is the Scorpio. Built to meet the demand of the short run label finishing market, the Scorpio is a roll to roll digital finishing system that provides cutting, lamination, matrix removal and slitting. Accommodating roll widths up to 8.86” (225mm) wide, these digital finishing systems are the perfect all in one system for short to mid run label production and are the ideal companion for inkjet and digital label printing.
