Frank Stillo Newest Member of Web Offset Society

ALEXANDRIA, VIRGINIA (June 12, 2002) – At the Web Offset Association’s (WOA) 50th Annual Conference in Las Vegas, Nevada May 4th, the Web Offset Society inducted Frank Stillo, Chairman/CEO of the board for Sandy Alexander, Inc. The Web Offset Society was chartered in 1995 by the Web Offset Association (WOA), a Special Industry Group of Printing Industries of America, Inc. The founder and 1st chairman was Tom Brinkman (founder of metro Web Corporation). Martin J. "Marty" Paul, Sun Chemcial Corp. serves as the current Chairman. "The Society’s purpose is to recognize and honor individuals who have made significant contributions to the web offset industry, promote a long lasting networking group of peers and to promote the interchange of ideas and knowledge for the further advancement and development of WOA," said the current chairman, Paul. "We are very excited about Frank Stillo being formally inducted as a society member. Frank’s commitment to adding to the growing knowledge in the Web Offset Society will be a great asset to our group," said Paul. Frank Stillo has been active in the printing industry since 1958. He served as president of the Litho Club of New York, as chairman of the Labor Negotiating Committee and currently as president of the Metropolitan Lithographers Association. He serves on a number of corporate and civic boards. A graduate of Brooklyn and New York City Technical College. Frank served in the Korean War from 1954-56. Frank co-founded his own printing company in 1968. Frank has been married for 34 years to Ana, and has two sons both working in the industry. Frank lives in suburban New York City.
