Press release from the issuing company

Greater Milwaukee's premier communications company continues its longtime relationship with Canon Solutions America

MELVILLE, N.Y. - Canon Solutions America, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Canon U.S.A., Inc. today announced the successful installation of the Canon imageRUNNER ADVANCE 8595i multifunction printer and the Canon imagePRESS C700 color digital press at AlphaGraphics Brookfield, greater Milwaukee's premier communications company. The sophisticated technology of the Canon imageRUNNER ADVANCE 8595i multifunction device and the Canon imagePRESS C700 color digital press better prepares the industry-leading company to meet their customers' printing, mailing, and marketing communications needs without complicating the process.

"We are five-star delighted," said Richard "Dick" Strassburger, president of AlphaGraphics Brookfield. "We've been extremely impressed with the equipment since it's been installed. Our latest installations greatly enhance our output capabilities and the commitment to working with Canon Solutions America emphasizes our goal of working with the best the industry has to offer."

AlphaGraphics Brookfield provides the greater Milwaukee area with an extensive range of visual communications services such as printing, graphic design, mailing, signage, and marketing correspondence for businesses of all sizes, especially those that are in the marketing communications and technology manufacturing fields. AlphaGraphics Brookfield follows a customer focused model, and as a result, is invested in the success of their clients. With industry-wide expertise, the communications leader helps its customers find the best solutions for their business' communication needs. AlphaGraphics Brookfield's passion for excellent quality fuels their persistence in finding the finest equipment to help their customers achieve their goals.

"We take time in building a relationship with our customers so that they know and can trust our model," said Strassburger. "When it comes to meeting the needs of our valued clients, there are times when jobs become absolutely critical and time-sensitive, and we're here to make sure it gets done the right way. Above all, our customers want to know that there is expertise behind the job coupled with dynamic and reliable technology."

Like AlphaGraphics Brookfield, Canon Solutions America is equally dedicated to its customer base. Canon Solutions America has dedicated service technicians stationed throughout the country to maintain the function of the vast range of its machines so that businesses never experience long periods of downtime.

"One of the biggest reasons we are a full Canon shop, aside from the reliability factor of the equipment, is Canon Solutions America's service technicians," said Strassburger. "They really shine here in the Milwaukee area because they are so unbelievably responsive. Whenever we are experiencing an issue they are here the same day working on the machine."

Even though Canon Solutions America's service technicians had been regularly on site maintaining AlphaGraphics Brookfield's equipment in excellent working condition, it was expected that upgrading to newer printer models would make a significant difference in quality and efficiency.

"Because we do a lot of booklet making, it's important that we have a reliable unit," added Strassburger. "The uptime on the new machines is significantly better, as is the color output which is important because in our region – and the industry as a whole – color is critical. The new capabilities of the printers have allowed us to produce more color envelopes, and bring our variable data printing back in-house."

The Canon imagePRESS C700 color digital press was designed to deliver advanced levels of print quality, efficiency, and versatility in both commercial and in-house print environments. The industry-defining press prints on a wide range of media including heavyweight, coated stocks and envelopes, at a high level of consistent quality and productivity. It can handle the most diverse print applications from short runs to complex variable data printing, all while promoting a "hands-off" production method.

Equally dynamic, the Canon imageRUNNER ADVANCE 8595i multifunction device is a durable black and white printer that was made to meet today's demand for integrated imaging, cloud, and mobile solutions by delivering high quality output, all while offering diverse finishing capabilities. Built on the third generation Canon imageRUNNER ADVANCE core values, this multifunction printer delivers a number of technology enhancements that focus on workflow efficiency, device and fleet management, security, cost management, sustainability, quality, and reliability.

"We value working with a company like AlphaGraphics Brookfield that places an emphasis on the customer-first approach," said Tracie Sokol, vice president, Marketing, Enterprise Services and Solutions, Canon Solutions America. "Similarly, working with AlphaGraphics Brookfield has only strengthened our commitment to providing our customers with a whole solution, from inception to completion. We continue to look for ways to improve our products and customer service so that our clients can further expand their businesses just as AlphaGraphics Brookfield has."

AlphaGraphics Brookfield makes its customers' jobs their job, and continues to offer the Milwaukee area premier print technology and communications services with the help of Canon Solutions America.
