Outlook Group Elects Two New Board Members

NEENAH, Wis.--June 6, 2002--Outlook Group Corp. today announced the election of Jane Boulware and Kristi A. Matus to the company's Board of Directors, effective June 1, 2002. Boulware, 39, is vice president of marketing services for Kimberly-Clark Corporation, Neenah, Wis. Matus, 34, is executive vice president and chief operating officer of AAL Bank and Trust, FSB, Appleton, Wis. "We are very pleased to add Jane Boulware and Kristi Matus to our Board. Their experience in marketing, customer management and business development will be an asset to Outlook Group as we move forward with our growth strategies," said Richard C. Fischer, chairman and chief executive officer of Outlook Group. Boulware joined Kimberly-Clark in 1987 and held positions with increasing responsibility leading up to the appointment to her current position in January 2000. In her present position, she leads the company's market research, advertising, promotion and interactive services and design center operations in North America. She received a BS degree from Iowa State University in 1985 and a MBA from Purdue University in 1987. She is a past board member of the Boy's and Girl's Club - Fox Valley and currently is involved with a number of community organizations. In her current position, Matus provides strategic leadership in sales, marketing and operations for AAL Bank and Trust, a nationwide Internet bank that also provides local retail branch services in the Appleton, Wis., area. She has served in her present position since June 2001. Prior to that appointment, she was managing director of the AAL Member Credit Union. She joined Aid Association for Lutherans in 1990. Matus, who also serves as a director of AAL Bank and Trust, is a fellow in the Society of Actuaries and a member of the American Academy of Actuaries. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh in 1990 with a major in mathematics and a minor in business administration. Both new directors are subject to re-election at the company's annual meeting on October 17, 2002, and will be nominated for re-election at that meeting.
