Taopix announces new integration opportunities at drupa

Press release from the issuing company

Newcastle upon Tyne, United Kingdom - Software developer, Taopix, announces at drupa the latest release of its Photo Commerce Software, including new ways for licensees to integrate with the white-label platform.

Taopix 2016r2 includes two powerful new additions to the Taopix API library, giving licensees the ability to introduce single sign-on authentication, and create a seamless integration with an external image library.

The addition of single sign-on functionality into the Taopix External Customer Account API, opens the door for licensees to create a seamless user experience that only requires users to sign into their website (or other online application), automatically authenticating against the Taopix system. This is a very exciting enhancement for businesses who have an existing user database in an e-commerce platform or asset management system.

Taopix is also announcing an important enhancement to its Library Link API. Licensees who have an external image library can now give their end-users the ability to select pictures in an external library before transferring them, with one click, into a new photobook or photo gift project in the Taopix Online Designer.

Taopix CEO, James Gray commented: “These additions create some really exciting opportunities for our licensees, in particular those businesses who already have user-authentication built into another website or online application. Creating a frictionless user experience is hugely important to conversion, and we’re putting great effort into ensuring our licensees can maintain that, regardless of their existing technology."

Taopix are at drupa 2016 in Hall 7a, stand F01. Anyone who wishes to book a personal meeting during the show, can speak to their team on the stand or use the quick booking form at bit.ly/tpxdrupa. Taopix also have a presence at the Imaging Solutions stand in Hall 14 and the HP stand in Hall 17.
