Web Offset Society Inducts Six New Members into Their Ranks

ALEXANDRIA, VIRGINIA (June 4, 2002) – At the Web Offset Association’s (WOA) 50th Annual Conference in Las Vegas, Nevada May 4th, the Web Offset Society inducted six new members into the Society. The Web Offset Society was chartered in 1995 by the Web Offset Association (WOA), a Special Industry Group of Printing Industries of America, Inc. The founder and 1st chairman was Tom Brinkman (founder of metro Web Corporation). Martin J. "Marty" Paul, Sun Chemcial Corp. serves as the current Chairman. "The Society’s purpose is to recognize and honor individuals who have made significant contributions to the web offset industry, promote a long lasting networking group of peers and to promote the interchange of ideas and knowledge for the further advancement and development of WOA," said the current chairman, Paul. Don Belcher, Chairman & CEO, Banta Corporation David Bracken, President & CEO, Press of Ohio Joseph Risica, retired Heidelberg Web Systems, Inc. John Spenlinhauer, III, Chairman & CEO, Spencer Press, Inc. Larry Warter, Director of New Business Development, Fuji Photo Film U.S.A., Inc.
