Veritiv #323 in U.S. Rankings; #10 in Georgia

ATLANTA – Veritiv Corporation – headquartered in Atlanta and a North American leader in business-to-business distribution solutions – today was named for the first time to the Fortune 500 list of the largest companies based in the U.S.  With $8.7 billion in revenue in 2015, Veritiv ranks #323 on the overall list and #10 among Georgia-based companies.

Veritiv was established in July 2014, following the merger of International Paper Company's xpedx distribution business and Unisource Worldwide.  In 2015, the company achieved solid financial results and remained focused on delivering the company's commitments and generating value for shareholders.  Last year, Veritiv also reached key integration milestones to improve efficiency and service to customers, including a singular Human Resources platform for employees and information technology improvements that will lead to a common operating system for the company.
