Ser van de Graaf joins Xeikon as Area Sales Manager for Document Printing

Eede, the Netherlands – Ser van de Graaf has been appointed by Xeikon as Area Sales Manager for Document Printing in the UK, Ireland & the Netherlands. He will take the responsibility for sales of Xeikon´s dry toner and liquid toner solutions for commercial, direct marketing, book and security applications as well as for digitally printed wall paper.

“We are happy to have Ser van de Graaf join our European Sales team, comments Monika Olbricht, Sales Director Document Printing. “Document Printing is one of Xeikon´s strategic business segments, and with Ser van de Graaf we have an experienced Sales expert dedicated to this segment in the important markets UK, Ireland and the Netherlands. His background and energy will contribute significantly to Xeikon´s further business development in these regions.”

Van de Graaf, who assumed the role on May 1, 2016, studied Commercial Economics and since then has spent more than 20 years in the industry. He joined from Pitney Bowes/Intimus International where he was Account Manager Enterprise Systems, Benelux and Austria. His role included building up and strengthening relationships in the document market and all high volume projects in the Benelux and Austria.

“There were a number of reasons why I was keen to take on this new role,” says van de Graaf. “Xeikon has a reputation for research and development that has led to the launch of market-leading developments such as Trillium. Coming under the umbrella of Flint Group I believe opens up huge potential in the future. 

He continues: “I have been working in the document printing market over the past few years and it is high quality personalization where the demand is growing. That is where I believe there is space for high quality communication with strong read and response rates.” He is looking forward understanding new markets, particularly the UK: “My personal approach has always been to meet with customers, listen to their wishes and needs to gain the greatest insight and knowledge in order to help customers get more successful.”
