Van de Graaf, who assumed the role on May 1, 2016, studied Commercial Economics and since then has spent more than 20 years in the industry. He joined from Pitney Bowes/Intimus International where he was Account Manager Enterprise Systems, Benelux and Austria. His role included building up and strengthening relationships in the document market and all high volume projects in the Benelux and Austria.

Coming under the umbrella of Flint Group I believe opens up huge potential in the future.

He continues: “I have been working in the document printing market over the past few years and it is high quality personalization where the demand is growing. That is where I believe there is space for high quality communication with strong read and response rates.” He is looking forward understanding new markets, particularly the UK: “My personal approach has always been to meet with customers, listen to their wishes and needs to gain the greatest insight and knowledge in order to help customers get more successful.”
