MINNEAPOLIS, MN – Printing Industry Midwest (PIM) announced Jon Troen, CEO of Mittera Group, Des Moines, IA, is the 2016 recipient of the Iowa Distinguished Printer of the Year Award. The award will be presented at a dinner at the Tournament Club of Iowa on June 9th following the annual PIM member golf outing. Each year, the award recipient is selected by an elite list of past award winners.

The Des Moines businessman became President of Rock Communications, a commercial printing company in Newton, Iowa, in 2003. Soon after, he expanded operations by acquiring and creating 13 additional companies specializing in printing, digital, design, and data analytics services.
