Since the launch of the Trojan2 label press in the beginning of 2015, the company has sold more than 150 units worldwide and has expanded its reach to 70 countries.

At the imminent Drupa – the first in the company's history – Trojanlabel will display the versatility and quality of the Trojan2 alongside its new invention Trojan3 which is expected to reach a lot of new markets.

On display will be no less than seven production lines showing high quality inkjet printing on different materials, such as flexible packaging, self-adhesives, envelopes, wooden planks and unfolded as well as folded boxes!

Introducing a game changer: Trojan3

• Trojanlabel is introducing the brand new overprinting system – Trojan3 –an inkjet printing box system which can be mounted on almost any applicator system.
• The Trojan3 overprinting system is based on the technology used in the Trojan2 label press and offers the same intuitive user interface, high print resolution, consistent color quality, cleaning and control system.
• The innovative system will enable manufacturers of applicator systems to add value to their systems by turning their applicator equipment into a high quality inkjet printing machine. All absorbing surfaces can be overprinted with the Trojan3 aqueous inks, being it uncoated paper and cardboard, wooden planks or materials pretreated for aqueous inkjet.

Turn the converting line into an integrated digital printing press

Add the Trojan3 to a roll-to-roll converting line, and you have a high quality integrated digital printing press. At the Drupa exhibition, the Trojan3 will be set up with a professional converting line to demonstrate the potential of the concept.

This concept will enable converters to respond to the market's need for short runs and fast time-to-market without investing heavily in printing technology.
