The Ghent Workgroup (GWG) is pleased to welcome two new members on board: Ricoh and CHILI publish.
GHENT, BELGIUM - The Ghent Workgroup represents the entire PDF community including industry associations, vendor and industry members. Both CHILI publish and Ricoh are now joining as vendor members and thereby commit to fully supporting and incorporating the Ghent Workgroup Specifications into their solution offering.
As a reputed international community of industry leaders across Europe and the US, the Ghent Workgroup consistently produces numerous process specifications for PDF exchange, and tools for automating processes and testing to establish consistent PDFs.
Just recently the Ghent Workgroup has released its milestone GWG2015 PDF Specification for print and packaging production. Based on ISO PDF/X standards, it describes file settings and workflow processing requirement to achieve the highest quality production and exchange efficiency of PDF files.
