Continuing growth predicted for industrial print technology in North America
FM Brooks, part of the Mack Brooks Exhibitions Group and organisers of InPrint: The Industrial Print Show, has announced the launch of InPrint USA which will take place April 25-27, 2017 at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Florida. The launch of InPrint USA follows the success of InPrint in Europe since its first edition in 2014, where it has become the leading exhibition for cutting edge technologies in the fields of industrial speciality, screen, digital, inkjet and 3D technology print solutions.
InPrint Co-Founder, Frazer Chesterman explains, “According to a study conducted in partnership with I.T. Strategies earlier this year, demand for industrial printing technology has accelerated worldwide. North America is one of the world’s most important manufacturing regions and a market leader in the field of industrial printing. InPrint USA brings this fast-developing community together.”
A recent study conducted by Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Limited, (the Global Manufacturing Competitiveness Index) reveals that the US Manufacturing sector is set to overtake China by 2020 as the world’s largest manufacturing country. The report cites the rapid rise of advanced technologies to better meet a changing consumer landscape as a key driver for growth further underlining the importance of a dedicated industrial print show focused on advanced printing technologies.
Key manufacturers in the industry agree. Already companies such as Heidelberg, Fujifilm, Thieme, Sensient, Mimaki, Wikoff, Nazdar, Phoseon Technology, TTP Meteor, INX Digital, SPT, Kuei, Metis, Colorgate, ImageXpert, DPS Innovations and Alchemie have reserved spaces on the show floor.
Heidelberg’s Jason Oliver states, "Heidelberg supports the launch of InPrint USA 2017 and we look forward to the impact and value it creates for industrial inkjet technology. At InPrint 2015 we showcased Heidelberg's innovative direct to shape technology, the Omnifire 250 and generated a huge response. We expect the same kind of response at InPrint 2016 in Milan for the launch of the Omnifire 1000. The US marketplace is significant both in its size and its innovative culture and we believe our technology will suit the fast developing nature of the market. InPrint is an event that is needed in order for us to connect our technology and ideas to the right kind of people. Those focused on industrial print."
InPrint USA will be co-located with ICE USA, another leading Mack Brooks Exhibitions event. ICE USA is the only dedicated event for the conversion of paper, film, foil, nonwovens and other flexible web- based materials in the Americas and expects more than 300 exhibitors and several thousand visitors in 2017.
