Press release from the issuing company
Milwaukee, WI - MCT Digital, a leading print finishing company, is pleased to announce What’s New that is being presented at ISA 2016 in Orlando from April 21-23, 2016.
MCT will be showing its VersaTech 1.6 M X 3.2 M solution that offers laser cutting of fabric and acrylics as well as the traditional router, knife cutting and creasing usually associated with Digital Finishing Solutions. It will demonstrate all tools available plus will show how easy it is to go from a fully automated rolled fabric capability through the use of an aluminized conveyor belt designed for laser cutting and sealing of polyester fabrics, to a knife or router-based traditional system with a felt conveyor in 10 minutes or less. This means that the VersaTech is the only system that can handle all of a PSPs finishing needs in a single solution, taking less room than when multiple solutions are required all for an affordable price.
In particular, MCT will be showing fabric solutions printed by a number of its partners, and will also demonstrate a further finishing capability through its new partnership with JTE Machine. MCT will be laser cutting handled fabric carrying bags on the VersaTech Laser that JTE will be welding with its Sonic Bar Welder, to provide a “full solution” handout - PRINT-CUT-WELD - to those visiting our booth.
We will also be partnering with DURST in a Retail 2020 Luncheon and Presentation on Thursday the 21st midday. Retail Realities: “How Smaller Printers Compete
in Today’s Marketplace,” will be presented by Marine Padilla to help PSPs learn how to prepare themselves for sales to larger retail customers. Both MCT and Durst will provide information about how their products are useful in such endeavors by providing tools that will allow the PSPs to significantly improve Productivity by going BIG, FAST and able to run 3 SHIFTS so that fast turnaround can be easily achieved. MCT’s fabric customers have achieved on their investment with under 6 – 9 months’ payback in such busy environments.
MCT will also be showing its new TigerVision(TM) machine control and vision solution. TigerVision is the newest vision guided machine front-end in the graphics industry, capable of accurately finishing even the most challenging jobs. It employs a sophisticated camera system to bring you a truly modern solution. MCT is also developing a robust set of intuitive features that will enhance TigerVision’s user experience – and extend its capabilities. Come by our booth #2927 in Orlando to learn more about this incredible tool that adds a new level of software capabilities to the VersaTech, "the ONE digital finishing solution", from the people who brought you i-Cut® Vision and made it the industry standard.
MCT will be joined at ISA with its two new Value Added Resellers, Applied Cutting Solutions covering the Pacific Northwest and TyrrellTech covering the Mid Atlantic. Both of these VARs exemplify the model of providing application knowledge as well as service and support for a large number of long term clients. MCT is pleased to partner with such firms that are capable of fully supporting their joint customers in these local areas of the U.S.
