Press release from the issuing company
Ohio-based custom label house Jamac Inc. has just installed their third Nilpeter flexo press, a 6-color servo-powered FB-2500S, featuring a convenient splicing table with pneumatic clamping bars, ergonomic slide-out printing stations, easy-to-use operator interface, advanced die-cutting and drying systems, and Nilpeter’s Automatic Plate Positioning System (APPS).
Jamac Inc. produces labels for extreme environments such as under hood, hybrid applications, UL approved materials, thermal printable label stocks, etc. In addition to their large in-stock label portfolio, Jamac also produces customized labels to meet unique customer requirements and specifications.
“We’re committed to being our customers’ best vendor, producing labels of the highest quality, the best appearance and price. The addition of the Nilpeter FB-2500S allows us to continue fulfilling that commitment every day,“ says Jamac Plant Manager, Blake McGory.
The FB-2500S is a part of Nilpeter’s FB-Line. The reliable narrow-web FB-Line is based on modular flexo technology for easy configuration, including screen and hot foil Drop-In features to increase printing options at very affordable prices. The maximum web speed is 750 feet per minute, making the FB-Line the fastest in the narrow-web industry. Exceptionally straightforward to make ready and operate, the FB-Line is the ideal choice for high-quality, cost-effective printing.
“We already have two Nilpeter presses, and with an increased number of incoming orders and an urgent need to expand production capacity, adding a third was a no-brainer,” says Blake McGory. “We know the level of quality, dependability, and great customer support, we get from Nilpeter – all things that help increase our production capacity and efficiency,” he continues.
“We’re very pleased to continue cooperating with Jamac Inc. I’ve known Blake McGory for 15 years, and in that time, we’ve developed a great business relationship as well as a great friendship,“ Nilpeter Senior Sales Consultant, Tom Strunk, concludes.
