Salem, NH – NEPS, a Gold Sponsor, will be speaking on an array of topics at Xploration16, an annual conference hosted by Xplor International. This year’s event will be held April 5-7 at the Caribe Royale resort in Orlando, Florida. Xploration16’s theme is Customer Communication for Print, Digital, Mobile and Social. The conference will feature more than 55 educational sessions on customer communications. In addition to sharing our insight and expertise in the educational sessions below, NEPS will be exhibiting throughout the show and is sponsoring the Exploration16 opening reception.
On Tuesday, April 5, NEPS will be speaking in three separate sessions:
George Webb, Chief Technology Officer for NEPS will be presenting “Data Security Management for Leaders” as part of the “For Executive Eyes Only” educational track. Webb will educate attendees how to recognize whether their company’s data- and subsequently their customers’ data- is as safe as it should be. Additionally, he will guide attendees and their organizations on how to successfully collaborate with their security and data management teams to ensure best practices. This includes asking the correct questions in order to validate that the staff, policies and controls are combining to best protect your data, and to align to the security health reports provided.
Robert Linsky, Director of Information Design for NEPS will be presenting a case study along with Denise Fundis from Westar Energy. This case study is titled “A Successful Electric Bill Redesign Using the LUNA Philosophy”. In addition to reviewing the Westar Energy bill redesign, Robert and Denise will reveal why the LUNA philosophy has been so successful, and how utilizing both a defined process and a cross functional team approach will ensure the best outcome. When Westar Energy recognized their need for help, they approached the experts for help. With over 75 Dalbar awards earned for design excellence, LUNA is a methodology you will want to learn about!
Denise Miano, President of NEPS will be a panelist on “The Great CCM Debate”, which is bound to be one of the highlights of the show. Denise will be joined by other experts in Customer Communications Management (CCM), Scott Draeger and Michael Wright, and the discussion will be moderated by Stephanie Pieruccini of Madison Advisors. All companies strive to communicate more effectively with their customers, which is the ultimate goal of any CCM initiative. In this debate, Denise and the panel of experts will discuss the accomplishments of CCM to date, the exciting future of CCM, and will answer many more questions. On Wednesday, April 6, NEPS will be participating in another educational session for attendees:
Mary Hegarty, General Manager of Customer Communications and Kyle Tavares, Information Design Consultant, both with NEPS, will be taking part in Xploration16’s “Speed Dating” session. This fast paced and fun event will allow them to showcase to you all of the services that NEPS offers.
