VistaPrint.com Announces Three Corporate Appointments

WALTHAM, Mass. -VistaPrint.comTM, the price-performance leader for short-run, full-color printing, today announced two appointments to vice president positions: Amy Hensiek to vice president of business development, and Jean-Pierre Renier to vice president of administration and finance. The company is pleased to announce the addition of Dave Johnson as director of business development. Amy Hensiek joined VistaPrint.com as director of business development, responsible for business development, strategic partnerships and Web site content. She has now been elevated to the newly created position of vice president, business development. Hensiek's responsibilities will expand to include partnering with major Web sites, establishing strategic partnerships to provide VistaPrint.com's products, and selling print products to other e-printers and print portals looking to increase margins. With more than 15 years of sales and marketing experience, Hensiek is a valuable member of the VistaPrint.com management team-reporting directly to Robert Keane, president, founder and CEO. Jean-Pierre Renier joined VistaPrint.com as director of administration and finance, responsible for the company's internal control and auditing, financial reporting systems, and human resources. He has now been promoted to the newly created position of vice president, administration and finance. Reiner's responsibilities will become more focused upon worldwide human resource management, internal financial management and controlership. Renier will also report directly to Robert Keane. Dave Johnson joins VistaPrint.com as director of business development, bringing with him more than ten years of experience in management, sales and Internet services. Prior to joining VistaPrint.com, Johnson served as the northeast regional manager for MapQuest.com, a leading provider of online, voice and wireless destination information solutions. In his new position with VistaPrint.com, Johnson will increase sales by forming strategic partnerships with major Web sites. Johnson will report to Amy Hensiek, vice president of business development.
