PrintNation Layoff 12, Will Allow Stronger Growth

Press release from the issuing company

Due to aggressive personnel growth during the company's first year, PrintNation made some minor layoffs on November 8, 2000. The staff cuts included 12 employees from all departments. The layoffs are a move that will enable the company's growing customer base to catch up to the size of the PrintNation staff and extend PrintNation's run rate. "We grew our hiring faster than our sales, so we needed to trim down," explained President and CEO Tony Seba. "These moves will enable PrintNation to become lean and mean for a longer fight in this business category."
