Scalability & Responsive Design Further Enhance this Agile Solution

Wheaton IL - Aleyant, an innovative leader in providing robust software services to the graphic communications industry at value-driven prices, today announced that the Aleyant Pressero™  web-to-print platform has been completely redesigned in order to improve scalability and reliability for this popular B2B and B2C solution.

“While we have been continuously improving the entire Pressero platform over the years,” said Greg Salzman, President of Aleyant, “we believed it was time to do a complete architectural overhaul. We rewrote literally thousands of lines of code with scalability, ease of distribution and reliability in mind. While we have supported responsive design for some time, especially important as our customers take this platform into more B2C applications where small screens dominate for many activities, we also extended our use of responsive design to administrative functions to allow Pressero management from any device, including mobile phones.”

Version 6 also includes significantly enhanced reporting capabilities. “One thing we are committed to at Aleyant is listening to customers,” Salzman says. “Reporting was an area where our customers were always looking for more, and we believe they will be extremely pleased when they see the new reporting module.

The new platform will begin to roll out to customers this month. “We believe the transition will be both seamless and rewarding,” Salzman added. “We have taken care to ensure that it is backward compatible in terms of the ability to guard against data loss of any kind while still making sure that users of this Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution are able to immediately benefit from enhanced capabilities.
