New Service Select product provides intelligent press analysis and productivity assessment
In today’s ever-increasing competitive market, printers are seeking to leverage modern technology and tools to provide data that will allow their equipment to run at maximum potential, enhance their business for future growth, and maintain their leadership position. KBA North America is partnering with its customers by introducing a new innovative Service Select product known as Performance Report. This new entry is part of KBA’s game-changing technology offered to its customers to successfully reduce waste, increase a facility’s performance, and save significant production costs.
“We’re excited to offer this new intelligent analysis to our customers,” says Tim McKeon, KBA vice president of service and operations. “The new Performance Report allows us to evaluate a customer’s machine data from log files of almost all of our KBA Rapida presses. After an in-person visit from our team of experts, our customers will receive a monthly report about the performance level of their machines including data on printed sheets, average speed, number of job changes, and washing time. This report will give them the ability to check that their machines are running at maximum performance regarding performance parameters and provide them with the opportunity to assess the productivity of their machines and review their progress. This performance report is a great way to get back on track and get an outside perspective on areas of improvement.”
By utilizing this new system, KBA customers will realize a myriad of benefits and reap outstanding results. These include:
The new KBA Performance Report is a perfect way for a printer to guarantee that their press is operating at its top performance capabilities. KBA’s team of experts will provide a professional and thorough job on-site by observing the physical condition of the press, and then interview the press crew, pressroom management, as well as maintenance personnel. After observing the press and staff in action, the findings will be presented to the management team with recommendations, suggestions, and any other actions to move forward.
