Sarasota, FL - RTI-RIPS, the experts in the Harlequin RIP®, has opened a European sales and support office so that it can offer the same prompt attention to European customers as it does in the US.  The office has been established near Cambridge in the UK and is staffed by Richard Ramsden, newly appointed European Technical Sales & Support Representative. 

RTI has built its reputation on its ability to handle urgent calls from print shops who are perhaps stuck in the middle of a job and need someone to talk to immediately.  As business expands outside of the US RTI is keen to maintain its standard of customer support by increasing its accessibility across time-zones.

Richard Ramsden has many years of experience in the UK print industry and most recently worked for Kestrel Press, one of Scotland’s leading press houses.
