Press release from the issuing company
New distribution and sales locations in the US and Canada will service North American customers with a full range of OEM-certified printable synthetic papers and label stocks for digital printing.
Newark, DE - AppFactory Digital, Europe’s premier source for digital synthetic papers and a global leader in innovative print application solutions, has announced that it is expanding its global presence with the launch of AppFactory USA to support the growing demand for digitally printable synthetic papers and label stocks.
AppFactory Digital specializes in OEM-certified synthetic media for a wide range of print platforms. The proprietary AppFactory Expert synthetic papers and pressure-sensitive materials offer digital printers the ability to create durable, tear-resistant, chemical-resistant, and water-proof prints while reducing the need for post-print laminations and varnishes. The AppFactory Digital technical team works closely with printer OEM’s to insure that users of the Expert line of materials have the optimal run settings for the greatest ease of use.
The new AppFactory USA launch will bring the full breadth of AppFactory products and services to the North America market. The expansion comes as the demand for digitally printable synthetics and specialty adhesive products continues to increase in both cut-sheet and roll-fed digital markets. In addition to the synthetic paper and pressure-sensitive label catalog, AppFactory USA will offer services to both printers and brand owners on best practices, application development, and how to best utilize synthetics in their print segments.
“The US and Canada digital print market has seen rapid changes and the demand for specialty media continues to increase at an incredible rate. Printers need to be able to provide new value to their customers and find ways to best capitalize on this growth. With our expansion into the North American market and innovative new materials such as the Expert line of synthetics, we are helping equip printers on all platforms to take on new business ranging from menus, tags, prime label, and even the new GHS standards,” states AppFactory’s Jeff Hull.
