Invesprint Announces Resignation Of CEO And New Board Member

Toronto, May 31, 2004 – The Board of Directors of Invesprint Corporation has accepted the decision of Vince Hockett to step down as, President and Chief Executive Officer of the company and become General Manager of its Napa, California facility. The Board of Directors also announced that Leland Verner, a current director and former Chairman and CEO of Invesprint from 1994 to 2001, has been named acting President and CEO on an interim basis. The Board has commenced a search for a permanent President and CEO. Invesprint also announced that Jonathan Pollack has joined its Board of Directors to fill a vacancy created by the resignation of Jonathan Deitcher as a director. Mr. Pollack is president of Toronto-based The JMP Group. Established in 2000, The JMP Group provides mergers and acquisitions advice and strategic advisory services to a select group of Canadian, American and Latin American companies and family groups. Prior to founding The JMP Group, Mr. Pollack was vice president of Violy, Byorum & Partners LLC, a leading investment bank based in New York. Mr. Pollack is a director of Lifebank Cryogenics Corporation, Vice Chair of Leadership Sinai and is involved in several other philanthropic organizations.
