Transaction enhances digital production capabilities, adds state-of-the-art technology and advances print solutions to customers across the Southeast
JACKSONVILLE, FL – The Drummond Press announced today a deal to obtain control of RGI’s print division, a data-driven marketing and print solutions provider out of Marietta, Georgia. This move signifies the Jacksonville-based commercial printer’s growth strategy to expand its print offering to customers across the Southeast. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
This transaction strengthens Drummond’s production capabilities and service offering through:

This is Drummond’s second investment in the Atlanta area. In August 2012, the company purchased Graphic Communications Corporation (GCC), expanding its geographical footprint outside of Florida, as well as enhancing its offering around wide format printing, packaging solutions and operational logistics. Drummond now operates two production facilities in Jacksonville and Atlanta, providing local service, custom solutions and streamlined delivery to customers across the Southeast U.S.
RGI has specialized in providing custom lead generation, print management and marketing solutions since 1985. As a result of the continued growth of its data-driven marketing business, RGI strategically decided to focus on growing its lead generation and data analytics platform, which will continue to operate under the RGI brand.
