Grafotronic’s Modular Non-stop Digital Finishing System 180m/min will be on display at Labelexpo in Brussels (September 29th – October 2nd).  

The new DCL-SERIES is a fully modular digital finishing machine. The machine includes the Grafotronic designed non-stop printing and finishing system and the unique combined Semi-rotary/Rotary die cutting unit. Each module works independently and the machine is fully upgradeable in the future, making the new Grafotronic DCL-SERIES one of the most versatile digital converting line on the market. The DCL is also equipped with rotary mode for high speed production of blanks in 220 m/min or pre-printed labels in 180 m/min. The DCL has many options including; cold foil/laminations, flexo printing front & back, New non-stop buffer, New non-stop semi-turrett rewind with auto-cut & auto-start to name a few. “The Digital printing machines are getting faster and there is a growing demand on fast and flexible finishing solutions.
