Los Angeles-Based Creative Agency Collaborates With Yoobi To Host Inaugural Children's Creativity Workshop Benefiting Local Elementary School

LOS ANGELES, CA - Clever Creative, a Los Angeles-based full-service strategic branding and design agency, announced today Clever Kids, a passion project and new philanthropic initiative that develops and fosters children’s creativity and imagination through focused workshops. Clever has partnered with Yoobi, a colorful and vibrant school supply brand that gives back to classrooms in need, for the inaugural workshop set for September 19. The first Clever Kids event will provide John Muir Elementary School children with the skills to be creative in a design agency environment, and with 100% of the proceeds from the event going to their local PTA, the goal is to empower kids to support their own schools while developing their imaginations.

“We developed this initiative as an opportunity to give back to a community that has given me, personally, so much  - and to inspire young ones to use their noodle in fun, creative ways while learning how graphic design can be used for good,” said Shannon Gabor, CEO of Clever Creative. “We are also big fans of Yoobi products, so we feel very fortunate to have partnered with such an inspiring company to help us kick off Clever Kids. Our similar company philosophies allow us to work hand in hand - Yoobi provides the tools while Clever Kids provides the skills to be creative.”

Using the same drive and philosophy of Clever Creative, an award-winning creative agency that has for more than 10 years aimed to craft design solutions that turn heads and drive results, Clever Kids aims to foster the creativity of young minds. As many as 30 students will be invited to the event and receive guidance from the design professionals. The all-inclusive workshops will encourage kids to get crafty while providing a hands-on opportunity to use a variety of Clever’s design techniques and art-supplies, provided by Yoobi.
