UV Wash LED was developed as many printers are converting their conventional sheetfed printing operations to the LED technology and as new offset presses are being purchased with this UV capability. UV Wash LED enhances the LED UV system which helps printers to print and perfect at top press speeds in sheetfed offset lithographic printing, providing exceptional results for immediate post production steps such as cutting, scoring and fabrication. 

UV Wash LED features outstanding cleaning power with a moderate drying speed.  It is fully compatible with EPDM and hybrid roller and blanket materials used in this printing process. Tower Products is providing sample material for evaluation and the product is available through Tower’s dealer channel.
