Press release from the issuing company
Ahrensburg - API Maintenance Systems and Engineering Automation Electronics GmbH (EAE) join forces in the printing industry. Since March this year, the maintenance software API PRO is an integral part of the EAE workflow.
“Variety of functions, intuitive handling and above all the flexibility and openness of API PRO has convinced us right from the beginning,” says Key Account Manager Marcel Wollgramm of EAE. “Especially the flexibility has helped to link API PRO without any problems to EAE workflows”, so Wollgramm further.
EAE is the leading supplier of controls, automation solutions and software for newspaper printers. EAE's solutions are being used in all areas of a newspaper printing plant - from prepress to mail room. Worldwide more than 550 newspaper printing sites are using EAE's controls. Using these controls our customers produce more than 125 million newspapers per day.
The interface to the reel data management system EAE ReelData gives us the ability to manage the web of paper stocks with API PRO and easily lets us handle the purchase of paper reels. For production, EAE Info is transferring operating hours and other information directly into the API PRO system, this way counter-controlled maintenance can be generated automatically.
Added value on both sides
Peter Breginski, Sales Manager at API Germany GmbH, has many years of experience in the printing industry. He is excited about the cooperation: "The Integration of API PRO to the EAE system is another important addition to the EAE workflow. It creates significant added value for the employees from different areas of a printing house".
The cooperation of API and EAE is mutually beneficial: In addition to an improved and more effective workflow at EAE, API is pleased to prove API PRO in a new industry. The flexibility of API PRO maintenance software served and supported different industries in their maintenance activities. Now, we are proud to announce the printing industry as a new API vertical.
API Maintenance Systems and EAE are looking forward to a great cooperation and more exciting projects.
