Canon Solutions America Hosts the Inaugural Managed Document Services Advisory Council

Panel Discussion Focuses on the “Voice of the Customer” 

MELVILLE, N.Y. – Canon Solutions America, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Canon U.S.A., Inc. hosted an inaugural Managed Document Services Advisory Council meeting at the Canon Americas headquarters in Melville, New York on Wednesday, July 15 and Thursday, July 16, 2015. Canon Solutions America has established an Advisory Council in an effort to understand the changing customer requirements surrounding Managed Document Services, allowing it to capture customer requirements, evaluate technologies and strategies, and solicit feedback directly from customers. The topic for this first meeting was the MDS Cloud tool, including the current features, functionality and user experience as well as potential capabilities of future releases.

The Advisory Council includes many Canon Solutions America customers from various industries, who are currently utilizing and growing their businesses through Managed Document Services. They offer businesses a unified approach for total output and document solutions management that are customized to fit individual needs.
