Brunswick, Ohio – I.D. Images LLC, a leading pressure sensitive label converter in Brunswick, has been notified that they will be awarded the Ohio EPA Gold Level Encouraging Environmental Excellence (E3) Award in the fall of 2015. 

The Encouraging Environmental Excellence (E3) Gold Level award recognizes an organization’s exceptional achievements and ongoing commitment to environmental stewardship. The Gold Level is open to any business, industry, trade association, professional organization or local government of Ohio. Applications are evaluated using environmental stewardship criteria developed by Ohio EPA. 

I.D. Images’ theme for 2015 is “All In,” which pertains to every aspect of the company.  They strive for a cleaner, greener future with programs to minimize trash sent to landfill.  I.D. Images was able to reduce landfill waste by 37% as a result of measures put into place.  The move from incandescent exit signs to LED’s have saved the company 1,836 KWH per year in energy usage.  I.D. Images is also in the process of transitioning all of their order processing, work orders and job folders to electronic files which will further reduce paper usage and the need to recycle waste paper.
