AlphaGraphics North Austin Announces Acquisition of Lone Oak Marketing

Press release from the issuing company

AlphaGraphics North Austin, one of the largest AlphaGraphics centers in the nation, has acquired assets of Lone Oak Marketing, a design/marketing firm and printing/signage production facility. The Lone Oak location in Round Rock will close, and AlphaGraphics North Austin will serve Lone Oak’s clients from its 9,000 square foot facility at 2227 West Braker Lane.

AlphaGraphics North Austin has been in business for more than 20 years. The company offers offset and digital printing, signage, fulfillment, graphic design, direct mail services, and promotional products. AlphaGraphics North Austin also has in-house Indigo printing, perfect binding, and warehouse facilities.

This is the third competitive buyout that AlphaGraphics North Austin owner Jane Harvey has completed in her nine years of owning the business. She also owns an AlphaGraphics center in San Antonio. AlphaGraphics is a franchise business and each location is independently owned and operated.

As part of the acquisition, a key employee of Lone Oak Marketing who performed much of the creative work for the company has joined AlphaGraphics North Austin.

“We’re excited to build on the Lone Oak Marketing tradition of providing full service design and marketing with print and sign production onsite,” Harvey says. “Customers of Lone Oak Marketing will now have access to state-of-the-art equipment and an experienced team to support their needs.”

Longtime AlphaGraphics North Austin customer April Reyes, customer service group supervisor at OVIVO, agrees that Lone Oak customers will be well taken care of.

“From their outstanding customer service to the speedy turn-around times AlphaGraphics is our go-to printing company,” Reyes says. “They never fail to deliver high quality products while maintaining competitive pricing. They’ve always been there for us, and especially during our crunch times.”
